CORPORATE BENEFITS

Members of Distant Light Galactic are welcome to join in operations or perform research when they desire. There are no assigned, must perform roles in the corporation. All members are welcome to participate when they desire. The goal of DLG is to create a fun and entertaining environment - not a workplace. Regardless, all members are expected to adhere to the corporate and alliance code of conduct.

The only required activity in the corporation is to assist or report "help needed" by another corporate or alliance member.


PROFIT SHARING

Members who perform specific roles such as research, missions, training, or operations are paid through the corporate profit sharing system. Profits from the corporation are divided among the members based upon skill and total number of corporate operations each week. The level of profit sharing increases as member skills increase. Likewise, the level profit sharing increases with greater participation in corporate operations. All operations are optional. Profit sharing is paid on a weekly basis, and is based on a points system. The higher the activity in the corporation, the greater the profit sharing points.

OTHER BENEFITS

Helping corporate members advance, profit, and have fun is important. This means that the corporation provides skills, ships, and equipment to members hoping to advance in areas that will benefit the corporation. This saves members millions in ISK.


DISCOUNTED MATERIAL

Often members are looking for unusual items, sometimes not related to any function of the corporation. In these instances, the corporation will assist in reducing the cost of the material.


SHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

DLG provides members with ships and a large amount of equipment and skills. Ships are providing through the member's 1st cruiser class model with the corporation. After that, purchasing discounts or BPCs are available to assist members in advancing.
